Who We Are
Roger S. North
In addition to leading the firm, Roger's role includes the consulting work that he was "born to do." He holds a bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Messiah College and has more than twenty-five years of leadership, management and organizational development experience. Roger enjoys spending time with his family and playing golf. He is an active community leader, serving on multiple Boards of Directors and as an advisor to business and community leaders. Roger and his wife Carolyn live in Lititz with their children, Laura, Garrison and Kirsten.
