After more than 30 years at the helm of Sight & Sound Theatres, Glenn and Shirley Eshelman are now leading the company into its next chapter, by beginning the transition to the second generation of leadership. Roger North was brought in to assess and strengthen the leadership prior to the transition, and is now serving as COO of the Theatre, while also charged with developing the Eshelman's sons-in-law to co-lead the company moving forward. Roger has been serving in this capacity for several years and spends 30 to 40 percent of his week on site at Sight & Sound Theatre.
