ASSESSMENT
The starting point for most of our engagements is an assessment of the client's organization. This is generally accomplished through an extensive executive and employee interview process. The assessment provides a comprehensive view of the organization's culture, values, leadership, strengths and areas for growth. The assessment report guides the formulation of a longer-term engagement of North Group based upon mutually agreed objectives.
LEADERSHIP TEAM DEVELOPMENT
Leadership team growth takes place through developing relationships of trust. We work with teams over time by leading meetings, initiating action plans and modeling consistent processes.
