Thanks for this – great thoughts. I have been so focused on what we need to do for the college that I have not been as focused on moving my team forward. We have been connected, but I believe that they are struggling with what the next days and months mean. This has me already thinking about some things I need to do in my role to refocus on my team some and not spend all my energy on other areas. If my team see, understand and commits to the plan, my job will be easier. Great thoughts and encouraging. Thank you,
