Dan’s empathy and insight have driven his work in prior leadership roles, including serving as President and Chief Culture Officer. He holds a bachelor’s degree in economics with a concentration in management from the University of Pennsylvania.
Outside of his professional life, Dan is deeply committed to his family, spending quality time with his wife, Abby, and their children, Cora and Judah. A lifelong enthusiast of the sport of wrestling, Dan has been involved in the sport since childhood, which has instilled in him discipline and perseverance. He is passionate about music, engaging in playing, writing, and listening. His reading interests include theology, history, psychology, and the works of C.S. Lewis and J.R.R. Tolkien. Dan also enjoys films and shows that highlight the importance of helping and serving others.

Peace, Rest, Contentedness…surrounded by my family…making music or with a CS Lewis book and cup of tea, staring out the window in October.
