Roger is the founder and former CEO of North Group Consultants. North Group accomplished a thoughtful and successful ownership and leadership transition in 2025. Roger continues to represent the firm in public settings and provide consulting support to a range of clients, primarily focused on executive development and organizational transition.

Married to Carolyn for over 45 years, they have three children, three in-law children and six grandchildren. Roger and Carolyn both enjoy reading, hiking and vacationing in their two favorite places – Ocean City, New Jersey and Hilton Head, South Carolina. Roger is an avid golfer.

An active community and ministry volunteer, Roger currently serves on the boards of Water Street Mission, The Wenger Foundation, The North Foundation, The Kids Trust, MVE Group and the Houck Group. He previously served as Board Chairman of Leadership Lancaster, Evangelical Seminary and Love Inc. of Lancaster County. In addition he has served the Boards of Family Service of Lancaster County, Neffsville Mennonite Church, the Lancaster Symphony Orchestra, the Lebanon Valley Chamber Foundation, Kairos Seminary and the Horst Group.

Roger holds a B. S. In business administration from Messiah College. He is a graduate of leadership Lancaster and The Excellence in Speaking Institute. His professional experience includes over 45 years in organizational development, executive leadership and business development.

In 2019, Roger was honored by the Lancaster chamber as “Small Businessperson of the Year.”
