Our Story

Developing and encouraging leaders and their organizations since 1997. We build and sustain relationships with our clients to grow and model trust. We walk alongside leaders and their teams as they grow toward their highest potential.

North Group’s home is Central Pennsylvania. We have benefited from and felt the support of this vibrant community of privately-held, family-held, and ministry-based organizations. It is a privilege for us to live and serve together in this wonderful community and beyond.

Our clients have given us the opportunity to continue expanding North Group. Teamwork has been a foundational element of North Group since its inception. Through the requests of our clients for expanding and diverse professional capabilities, we have been fortunate to continue growing our team.
