THE NORTH FOUNDATION
MISSION: To encourage and support the growth of people and organizations to the glory of God
Formed in 1998, The North Foundation has contributed over $950,000 to Christian ministries in our trading area.
The Founders and Shareholders of North Group are committed to “tithing” our firm’s profits to the Foundation for the benefit of our community and the Christian ministries that serve our community.
Roger North, Jerry Murray, Daryl Leisey, Craig Schloneger, and Brian Black serve as the Foundation’s Board of Directors.
Our Heart for Adoption

After much prayer and research, The North Foundation Board felt a call toward advocacy for adoption by Christian families. Since 2019, we have invested much of our Foundation funds in adoption partnerships with Brittany’s Hope, Lifesong for Orphans, and Lancaster Evangelical Free Church. In addition, we look for other ways to support the placement of orphaned children in forever families. We welcome you to join us in this endeavor!
