Ben finds great purpose in equipping leaders to positively impact their organizations, teams, and communities. He believes that leadership is both a great responsibility and a challenging journey. Drawing from his own leadership experiences, Ben is committed to walking alongside leaders, providing guidance, insight, and encouragement to help them grow and lead with confidence.
With over 15 years of leadership experience, Ben has served in various roles, including project leader, program director, and executive director. Most recently, he led Beat the Streets, launching and unifying local organizations into a growing movement that now serves over 11,000 young people across the country. Ben has also coached professional athletes, including world champion MMA fighters. He holds a bachelor’s degree in History, a master’s degree in Nonprofit Leadership, and an Executive Certificate in Social Impact Strategy from the University of Pennsylvania.
Beyond his professional work, Ben serves on the advisory board of Beat the Streets National, the Penn Wrestling Alumni Board, and as a volunteer with PennPAC.
Ben’s vocational history includes eight years in Peru, where he met his wife, Fiorella. Together with their children, Mia and Zachary, Ben and Fiorella enjoy an active lifestyle filled with athletics, family game nights, and frequent trips to Six Flags. The Reiters plan to move to the Lancaster area from Philadelphia in the coming months and look forward to becoming part of our rich community.
