Jaime believes strongly in the importance of a cohesive team and is passionate about helping organizations build healthy cultures.

Jaime has extensive experience as a Human Resources Professional. She graduated from the Pennsylvania College of Technology with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and a concentration in Human Resources.

Outside of work, Jaime serves her local church by seeking to build healthy volunteer teams and by organizing events for the broader community. She also serves on the Parent-Teacher Organization and alongside classroom teachers at her children’s elementary school.

Jaime and her husband, Corey, reside in Lancaster with their three children. Together, they enjoy trips to the library, adventures on hiking trails, and attending sports games. Personally, Jaime enjoys reading, traveling to explore National Parks, and just about anything on the water – from kayaking to boating or hanging by the pool!

My definition of happiness
I love to be snuggled up with my kids, in our pajamas, with a big bowl of popcorn for movie night.

Snakes, alligators, really most reptiles – I am not here for it

I love to try crème brûlée at every new restaurant I go to
