Jarred is passionate about the impact intentional leadership can have on organizations and enjoys helping teams proactively develop their cultures and succession plans through enriched relationships. He earned his bachelor’s degree in accounting from Messiah University and brings leadership experience from his time in public accounting with Simon Lever and most recently in his role as a Commercial Relationship Manager with Fulton Bank.

Jarred is active at LCBC Church in Manheim, where he volunteers as a facilitator for Financial Peace University. As a former member of the Messiah Men’s Volleyball Team, Jarred is a co-founder of the alumni network which focuses on mentorship and development.

Outside of work, Jarred is a dedicated sports fan, especially of Philadelphia teams. He loves spending time with his wife, Casie, and young son, Maverick. Jarred also enjoys golfing, fishing, and playing in basketball and volleyball leagues. Weekends often include trips to his family’s lake house in Lake Wynonah, PA.
