Lauren Hartzler joins North Group’s team as an Executive Assistant, bringing a desire to serve and support others as they use their gifts. A recent graduate, Lauren holds a B.S. in Business Administration & Marketing from Eastern Mennonite University. With a passion for building relationships, creating hospitable spaces, and being a part of a team, Lauren has held a variety of leadership roles, including serving as the General Manager of EMU’s Common Grounds Coffeehouse and as a 3-year captain of EMU’s field hockey team. Lauren is also an active member of the community, volunteering her time with organizations such as Mennonite Central Committee’s East Coast Board, various international service projects, and as a volunteer with her church’s Kid’s Club and Vacation Bible School.
In her free time, Lauren enjoys spending time with friends and family, exploring new coffee shops, playing field hockey, and being outdoors. Her favorite way to spend a weekend is sitting around a campfire with friends or going on a hike.
