Leron Lehman is passionate about learning new things, having an impact on his community, and building strong relationships. He brings more than 20 years of leadership experience in operations and finance roles with professional service firms and start-ups in the technology and non-profit sectors, including as a practicing CPA. He graduated from Messiah University with a bachelor’s degree in accounting. In 2023, Leron joined as a shareholder of North Group.
Leron and his family lived abroad for a significant time in the Philippines and Niger, where he was the founding Executive Director of two pediatric orthopedic hospitals for the nonprofit organization CURE International. He is currently involved in impacting the community by serving on the Board of Directors of the Lebanon Valley Chamber of Commerce, as Chairman of the Board of Hope Walks, and as Treasurer/Board Member of Nazareth Project International.
Leron has been married to Christine since 1994; together they have three grown children: Andrew, Benjamin, and Rebecca. He can often be found golfing, reading, spending time in nature, and staying active!
