Maddy is passionate about connecting with people and creating meaningful experiences through marketing and communication. She enjoys helping organizations build community, strengthen relationships, and connect individuals with the products, services, and resources that help them succeed. Her enthusiasm for brand development and audience engagement allows her to craft messaging that resonates with a wide range of people.

Maddy earned a bachelor’s degree in Public Relations from Messiah University, along with a Digital Marketing Certificate, and is a graduate of the American Bankers Association Bank Marketing School. Her leadership experience includes serving as captain of the Messiah University Women’s Volleyball Team, where she developed a passion for teamwork, communication, and motivating others toward a shared goal.

Maddy is involved with Life Center in Harrisburg and serves on the Lancaster Chamber Young Professionals Network Marketing Advisory Committee. She has also volunteered with Good Samaritan Services and Push The Rock Ministries.

Outside of work, Maddy enjoys pickleball, line dancing, running, CrossFit, and spending time with family and friends throughout Lancaster County. Whether meeting friends for coffee, enjoying a good book, or exploring new places, she finds energy in meaningful relationships and opportunities to connect with others.

Best Vacation: Visiting Italy and exploring the beauty of its wine country during her first trip to Europe.
Favorite Food:  Loves all things Mexican and would eat gallons of guacamole at Plaza Azteca if she could.
Most Influential Person: Her mom, who taught her the importance of unwavering faith and fervent prayer.
