Melissa is passionate about developing and sustaining strong relationships, both with colleagues and the clients she serves. She is driven by a desire to work collaboratively, build trust, and go above and beyond to ensure every interaction reflects care, integrity, and excellence.

Melissa holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Elementary Education, a Middle Level Mathematics Certification, and a Master’s in Education. She brings leadership experience from her time in education, including serving as an eighth-grade team leader at Manheim Central Middle School, as well as a middle school team leader at Manheim Christian School. Melissa also brings experience from her time at Lancaster Bible College, where she served as an Executive Assistant and Payroll Coordinator.

Outside of work, Melissa enjoys a variety of hands-on and active hobbies, including baking with her own fresh-milled flour, reading, running, gardening, and canning. She also has a love for horses and is always eager to learn something new.

Melissa and her husband, Jim, have three children. They are active members of Chiques Church, where they have served as deacons for over 20 years. Her faith is central to her life, and she values time spent with family and friends, trips to the Outer Banks, and traditions like attending the Potter-Tioga maple syrup weekend.

My definition of happiness: Recognizing the daily simple blessings we often take for granted.
