Natalie brings a deep passion for people and relationships to her consulting work at North Group.  With a wealth of experience in the hiring services / human resources sector, Natalie has developed a particular passion for influencing culture and discovering like-minded candidates that are aligned with the mission of an organization.  She notes, “There is nothing more exciting than finding an excellent employee for a great organization!”

Natalie received a Bachelor of Arts in Church Music from the University of Mobile and is a certified Professional in Human Resources (PHR).  Prior to North Group, Natalie worked for several years in Human Resources department at Sight & Sound Theatres. An active community member, Natalie serves on the Board of Directors at The Factory Ministries, is an active member of the Lancaster Society of Human Resources Management (LSHRM) and is involved as a member at Mission Church.

In her spare time, Natalie and her husband, Josh, enjoy movie nights with family/friends, trying out new restaurants, and going to the beach! They also welcomed their son, Isaiah, in 2021!
