Roger is founder and CEO of North Group Consultants. In this role, he is primarily responsible for North Group’s cultural commitments, community connections and business development. In addition to those leadership responsibilities, he continues to consult on issues related to organizational health and performance, organizational transition and executive growth/development.

Married to Carolyn for 43 years, they have three children, three in-law children and five grandchildren. Contrary to what some of his friends may think, he holds family time as a priority over his golf game (though the golf game may be a close second). Roger and Carolyn both enjoy reading, hiking and vacationing in their two favorite places-Hilton Head, South Carolina and Ocean City, New Jersey.

An active community and ministry volunteer, Roger currently serves on the Boards of Water Street Mission, Kairos Seminary, The Wenger Foundation, The North Foundation and The Kids Trust. He previously served as Board Chairman of Leadership Lancaster, Evangelical Seminary and LOVE, Inc of Lancaster County. In addition, he has served the Boards of Family Service of Lancaster County, Neffsville Mennonite Church, The Lancaster Symphony Orchestra, The Lebanon Valley Chamber Foundation, and The Horst Group.

Roger holds a B. S. in Business Administration from Messiah College. He is a graduate of Leadership Lancaster and the Excellence in Speaking Institute. His professional experience includes over 40 years in organizational development, leadership and sales.

In 2019, Roger was honored by the Lancaster Chamber as “Small Business Person of the Year”.
