Sally’s wealth of experience in education has instilled in her a passion to work with, serve, and care for others in a way that empowers and challenges them to learn, grow, and become the very best they can be. She believes building trust and developing relationships are foundational to growth in any setting and at any level of leadership. She is eager to walk alongside clients and partner with them to enhance leadership, strengthen cultures, and improve the communication structures that impact their organizations!

A Lancaster native, Sally earned two Bachelor’s degrees from Millersville University – one in Special Education and the other Psychology. Later, she went on to pursue a Master’s degree in School Counseling from Millersville University, and a Doctorate of Education in K-12 Leadership from Immaculata University.

Prior to joining North Group Consultants, Sally served for seven years as a Principal of Smoketown Elementary School, and also worked in leadership as a special education consultant in another school district for several years.

Sally has been married to Justin for over 26 years, and together they have three children: Ethan, Annika, and Caden. She enjoys reading, traveling, exercising, volunteering as a Board member for SEEDS (a nonprofit organization serving as a community hub to support families in the Conestoga Valley community), and as a Board member for Tel Hai Retirement Community.

I lived in St. Petersburg, Russia for the first year of marriage teaching English as a Second Language.

Greatest accomplishment
Getting my doctorate and running marathons.

Biggest fear
Deep, dark water. I could never go scuba diving…
