Who We Are
Jerry Murray
Jerry combines an operations and finance background with a strong belief in intentional living and its impact on organizational health. He began his career at Ernst & Young and has served at a publicly held technology company, and at privately owned organizations in the engineering, construction and retail industries. At North Group, he enjoys engaging clients through organizational assessments and team building, one on one coaching, and providing advice to business owners regarding thoughtful business sales, mergers and acquisitions.
Jerry serves as the Board President at Love, INC Lancaster and as a little league baseball coach for Manheim Recreation. Jerry and his wife, Kim, share the privilege of raising four fun, unique kids – Hannah, Ella, Jared and Sam.
People would be surprised to know:
I lived in Turkey and Germany as a kid.
Life lesson:
You can’t just want what you want, you have to want what your wants lead to.
Dream vacation:
Spending several weeks visiting the major National Parks in the western U.S.
