“Self-care is not a selfish act.” I 100% agree with this statement. One can not be at their best, if the 4 domains that you shared are not being met or are ignored.
It is a powerful way of leading if all 4 are achieved. Thank you.

I have learned that my “energy” needs to originate from the spirit…without the spirit the body is “lifeless”. I have learned that when I’m doing (and being) what I’m “passionate” about, that “energy” is most powerful. God has given us free will, but he has also downloaded special programs, “tools” (if you will) so we are equipped to fulfill his will in our lives…Don’t waste your energy, especially the “Spirit” generated energy…”I’ve got the power!”
Just a little tidbit. Just this morning I was curious about the Greek word that they translated as ‘working’ or ‘operation’ in Colossians 2:12 “…risen with him through the faith of the operation of God” and it is the word ‘energeias’ from which we get the English word energy.
