Gina Breslin grew up in a family business of successful diversified holdings and had varied responsibilities through which she learned the team insights, intuitive decision-making and entrepreneurial spirit that propels businesses forward. She has been employed with the firm since 2010, becoming a shareholder in 2020.

Gina holds a bachelor’s degree in Education from Eastern Mennonite University. She is a 2014 graduate of Leadership Lancaster and, in 2021, was recognized as a Woman of Influence by the Central Penn Business Journal. She serves on the Board of JBT Bancorp, Inc., the Board of Jubilee Ministries, and the Strategic Planning Team at Neffsville Mennonite Church. Passionate about the development of young leaders, Gina also volunteers her time with the Lancaster Chamber’s NxtGen Mentoring Program. In her free time, you’ll find her trying to find the perfect tea latte, enjoying long walks with her husband, Mark, and their grand-dog, Rover, or enthusiastically supporting their children, Rachel and Patrick.
