Jerry serves leaders and their organizations through the lens of his operations and finance background. He began his career at Ernst & Young and has served at a publicly held technology company, and at privately-owned organizations in the engineering, construction and retail industries. As a shareholder at North Group, Jerry enjoys engaging clients through organizational assessments and team building, one-on-one coaching, and providing advice to business owners regarding thoughtful business sales, mergers and acquisitions.

Jerry serves as a group facilitator at The High Center for Family Businesses. Jerry and his wife, Kim, share the privilege of raising four fun, unique kids – Hannah, Ella, Jared and Sam.
