Josh brings a diverse skill set to North Group with a background in nonprofit leadership, business, ministry, and real estate – and a passion for caring for people. Most recently, he served as VP of Global Development at an international nonprofit where he oversaw operations and worked on organizational processes and efficiencies for future growth.
“Always taking time to genuinely listen to people” is one of Josh’s most valued life lessons and has provided a solid foundation in hearing what people value, seeing them discover their gifts and talents, and watching them reach their full potential. He gets most excited when walking alongside leaders as they realize the effectiveness of an empowered team to achieve a common goal.
Josh holds a B.S. in Business Administration from Elizabethtown College. He is an active member of the local community and has served on numerous boards. In 2020, Josh became a shareholder of North Group and was recognized by the Central Penn Business Journal as a “40 Under 40” leader.
In this spare time, Josh enjoys traveling and experiencing new cultures, spending quality time with friends and family, working on home projects, and challenging himself in Tough Mudder races. Josh along with this wife, Laura, daughter, Abigail, and son, Micah, reside in Manheim, PA.
