Josh brings a diverse skill set to North Group with a background in nonprofit leadership, business, ministry, and real estate – and a passion for caring well for people. Most recently, he served as VP of Global Development at Global Disciples, a local nonprofit ministry, where he oversaw operations and worked on organizational processes and efficiencies for future growth.
“Always taking time to genuinely listen to people” is one of Josh’s most valued life lessons and has provided a solid foundation in hearing what people value, seeing them discover their gifts and talents, and watching them reach their full potential. He gets most excited when walking alongside leaders as they realize the effectiveness of an empowered team to achieve a common goal.
Josh holds a B.S. in Business Administration from Elizabethtown College. He is an active member of the local community, serving as Chairman of the Susquehanna Regional Youth Aid Panel and Board Chairman of Rainbow’s End Youth Center. He is also a committee member of the Elizabethtown College Council on Academic Management.
In this spare time, Josh enjoys traveling and experiencing new cultures, spending quality time with friends and family, working on home projects, and challenging himself in Tough Mudder races. Josh along with this wife, Laura, and daughter, Abigail, reside in Manheim, PA.
Person I most admire:
Small things that make my day better:
A cup of coffee, a long run, good conversation, and a family dinner
People would be surprised to know:
I rode across the United States on a dirt bike… off-road.
Not being pushed or challenged
