Today, it is not uncommon for our work and personal lives to feel disconnected. In fact, “work-life balance” (or – as we like to define it – balanced living) is often associated with “leaving work at work.” But what happens when all the pieces of our lives are melded together?

Since its inception in 1961, this has been the nature of life at Alderfer Glass Company. Based in Telford, PA, and serving Lehigh, Bucks, and Montgomery Counties, the team at Alderfer Glass prioritizes working, worshiping, and supporting the community surrounding them. This principle, in addition to valuing their employees as family, has brought the company to its 3rd generation of providing high quality glass products to commercial, residential, and retail customers.
